1. Scope

This policy explains how ExtranJefe handles personal data when you use our website and migration support services in Peru.

This version is written in English first. Additional language versions can be published later.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the data needed to operate your case and provide support.

  • Identity and contact details (name, email, phone, profile language).
  • Case data and uploaded documents needed for migration procedures.
  • Operational records such as support messages, timestamps, and security logs.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is processed to run your service flow, communicate progress, and keep our systems secure.

  • Assess eligibility and process your active migration case.
  • Coordinate support, notifications, and case updates.
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and audit obligations in Peru.

4. Legal Basis in Peru

Data processing is based on your consent, pre-contractual steps you request, and service execution once you activate a case.

We apply Peruvian personal data rules, including Law No. 29733 (Ley de Protección de Datos Personales) and its regulation (Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS).

5. Retention and Deletion

We keep data while your case is active and for the minimum period needed to comply with legal and operational requirements.

After that period, data is deleted or anonymized. You can request deletion earlier when legally possible.

6. Sharing and Security

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run ExtranJefe (for example hosting, secure storage, and communications), under confidentiality and security controls.

Data is protected in transit and at rest, and access is limited by role and business need.

7. Your Rights

You can request access, correction, cancellation, or objection (ARCO rights), and you can withdraw consent where applicable.

To submit requests, use your profile privacy controls after sign-in or contact us through support chat.

8. Analytics (Optional)

ExtranJefe may use Google Analytics to understand aggregated usage and improve service quality.

Analytics is optional and controlled by consent preferences in this site. If you do not grant consent, analytics storage remains disabled.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy when the service, legal requirements, or security controls change. Current version date: March 6, 2026.
